  • Price quotations for rentals - Are they real rental reservations?

    Price quotations are NOT actual product rental reservations. Upon receipt, a MIRA sales representative will follow up your quotation request to review details, secure product rentals and discuss payment methods. For additional information or to immediately secure product rental reservations, please contact MIRA's head office to speak directly with a rental sales representative. Any applicable sales taxes or delivery fees are not included in the price quote/estimate. A deposit is required to secure all rental reservation/s.

  • Product cleanliness - Are your event rental products in good condition?

    Being able to guarantee functional and clean event equipment at all times requires a complex preparation and care of our products. In our in-house workshops, our experts clean, polish, prime, varnish, buff, check or repair with undeviating accuracy. Our quality of service must be adhered to.

  • Profit sharing network - Do you offer shared revenue opportunities?

  • I just can't decide what to rent? Can you help?

    Definitely! Making your event perfect is equally as important to us as it is to you! Please don't hesitate to get in touch, and we can help you choose the right pieces for your event. We will happily give advice, and we do not charge a consultation fee. 

  • Sales tax - How is it calculated?

    The MIRA Group is required by law to charge applicable sales tax. Tax is based on the destination of your order and nature of the product and will be calculated at time of checkout.

  • What is MIRA's pricing policy?

    We strive for accuracy in our advertising. There are times, however, when errors occur in product descriptions, pricing and availability. We reserve the right to limit orders if inventory runs low due to overwhelming orders. We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

  • What is MIRA's payment policy?

    Credit card charges will be processed prior to delivery or client pickup from the warehouse. Additional charges will be incurred for missing and or damaged items; a full credit is applied if/when missing items are returned.

  • Who takes care of Transport & Logistics?

    Logistics and transportation of the material are taken care of by The MIRA Group. We take care of the delivery to the place of the event. Quick and flexible solution without any intermediary.

  • Do I need an account and what are the benefits?

    It's not required to create an account. But, having an account provides easier quote submissions, the ability to create and send a wishlist, and a customized shopping experience

  • Can I make order modifications?

    If you wish to modify an order placed via our website or have questions regarding your order, please contact our service department or dial 514 325 6472 to reach our customer sales representatives.
